Clark received a B.A. degree in Business
Administration with an emphasis
in
accounting from California State
University, Fullerton in 1982. He became
a
CPA in 1985 and a partner
at Hocking Denton Palmquist in 1987.
His
specialty
is business consultation
and tax planning for
closely held businesses
and their
owners. Clark has
enjoyed working with clients from a variety
of industries
including medical, professional, farming, construction and retail.
He also
has a great deal of experience in the area of litigation
support.
Clark has
qualified as an expert witness and has testified
in various types
of
