Matt Dawson

Matt has been with the firm since 1993, and a partner since January, 2000. He
is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, where he earned a B.A.
in Business Administration. Matt works with many clients having closely-held
businesses in farming, service industries, broadcasting, retail, and real estate.
He also has considerable experience with not-for-profit entities such as charities,
private foundations and charitable trusts, and enjoys helping clients to reduce
their income and estate taxes through charitable giving strategies.
