Michael E. Cebell

Mike received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis
in
accounting from California State University, Los Angeles, in 1978.
He
worked for Arthur Anderson & Co. for two years and received his
CPA
certificate shortly thereafter. He began working with Hocking Denton
Palmquist in 1981 and became a partner in 1983. Mike is committed
to
helping his clients develops a balanced approach to personal finances,
tax and investment planning.
