Tom obtained his B.A. degree in Accounting from Sacramento State University
in 1955 and became a CPA in 1960. As the founding partner of the firm, he has
developed a vast amount of knowledge and extensive expertise in the areas of
tax preparation and small business planning. After many years in the accounting
profession, Tom is very enthusiastic about his work and continues to highly value
the interests of his clients.
